Channel and not 10Gbe with 10G SFP+ cables

POFLink 's 10G SFP+ cables Online Store are multi-purpose optical modules for 10Gbit/s data transmission applications at 850nm, 1310nm and 1550nm. The transceivers are ideally suited for datacom and storage area network (SAN/NAS) applications based on the IEEE 802.3ae and Fibre Channel standards.Juniper Compliant SFP+ Direct Attach Copper cables provide a low-cost 10 Gigabit Ethernet connection. These EX-SFP-10GE-DAC-1M cables are an alternative to using transceivers when connecting Juniper switches via a SFP+ ports.10GBase-T. Can use the same familiar cables, with the same old RJ45 connectors. 10GBase-T is currently more expensive per port than SFP+, but i am shure this will change soon. The main reason i want an iSCSI SAN is that i have the same cables and switches that we are familiar with. If I wanted to invest in new switches, new cabling and new technology I'd go Fibre Channel and not 10Gbe with 10G SFP+ cables.
